Information about the processing of personal data (RODO)

Due to the change in data protection laws and the start of application of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 as of May 25, 2018. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “RODO”), we inform you:

3. Purposes and grounds for processing personal data

The Company processes personal data for implementation purposes:

Purchase and sale agreement (RODO article 6.1.b)

legal obligation (DPA art. 6.1.c) covering the Tax Ordinance (Journal of Laws 2017 item 201) legitimate interest (DPA art. 6.1.f) arising from tax regulations and securing possible claims.

The processing of your personal data allows us to provide services, among other things. Maintaining your account, processing orders, contact related to the execution of the contract, as well as sending marketing information (including newsletters).

4 Categories of personal data processed

The Administrator, through the Service and other forms of communication, collects and processes the following specified personal data of Users provided during the registration processes on the Service:
Name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number.

5 Data recipients

The Company shares personal data with its subcontractors, domestic entities that perform accounting, IT and courier services for it, and banking services for the buyer. In addition, we use Google Inc. – Google Adwords, which allows us to better achieve our business goals.

6. Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations

As we mentioned above, the Company uses Adwords, so selected information about the end device from which the website was visited is processed by Google LLC. In addition, the information can be transferred to other tools that support sales systems.

7. data retention period

The Company processes personal data for the term of the contract, and immediately thereafter, for the period necessary to fulfill its legitimate legal obligation under tax law and to secure any claims it may have. Personal data that you have consented to processing will be kept until you withdraw your consent.

9 Voluntariness of providing data

Provision of data is voluntary, nevertheless, the data is necessary for the implementation of the subject of the purchase contract.
